Hi there, we used Carlo for pur investment properties. Carlo is a guy who does not talk much. He is very professional. Carlo came on time for the free quote, explained what he will do, if we would go ahead. It was not the cheaper quote. We had 1 other quote, cheaper. But for us, we choose to go ahead with Carlo, because we thought that he would deliver. And the following week he did. On time, good quality work. We are having Carlo back next week for more work. Sometimes cheaper is not better. Highly recommend Carlo.
